The diet has only a few foods that need to be consumed, and is implemented for ten days, there is an extended version of 14 days where the results are really great: a loss of as much as 15 pounds – of course depending on the level of physical activity.
The basis of the diet is a cucumber salad that can be eaten in unlimited quantities every time you feelhungry. The salad is rich in nutrients and you don’t have to worry that you will miss something duringthe ten-day regime.
Other foods that you eat during the day:
2 boiled eggs or 5 oz. of drained tuna oil, or 5 oz. of grilled white meat
2 large boiled potatoes (can be cooked, steamed, or baked in the oven but not fried in oil) or 3 slices of whole-wheat bread.
1 lbs. of fresh grown fruits
From liquid drink still water, tea, and allowed is even a coffee (without sugar). It is strictly forbidden toconsume carbonated beverages, alcohol and sweets.
With each meal and between meals – you can eat unlimited amounts of cucumber salad or drink a cucumber shake, whenever you feel hunger – feel free to dig in to a salad or a cucumber shake (recipe at the bottom of the page).
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs + cucumber salad;
Snack: 5 plum or one large apple or peach … or some other seasonal fruit in a total weight of up to 7 oz.;
Lunch: Toasted wholemeal bread + cucumber salad;
Snack: Cucumber shake (see recipe at the end of the text);
Dinner: fruit of your choice (up to 10 oz.)
