BEEF CHILI FROM LA WEIGHT LOSS




Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Onions
4 Garlic Clove
4 tsp Chili Powder Generic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
4 Tomatoes
4 cups Beef Broth Lower In Sodium
1 1/2 cups red kidney beans, canned

























Directions

Brown Ground Beef along with onion and garlic. Drain


Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat .
Simmer civered until tomatoes are tender.
