Fruit forms the basis of this diet and is high in fiber, water, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and low glycemic index carbohydrates are said to help dissolve toxins, improve liver function and increase energy levels.

The first day involves protein drinks which are taken five times daily at two hourly intervals. Dinner is a big salad of raw vegetables with lean protein and olive oil or avocado.
Days two three involve a lot of fresh fruit in place of protein drinks and dinner is a large raw vegetable salad with olive oil or avocado oil and a protein drink.

Dinner at least 2 hours after dinner
