DIET TO LOSE 5 KILOS IN 5 DAYS

Instructions for diet:



Day 1

Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea with sweetener. 1 rice cake with white light spreadable cheese.

Mid Morning: 1 fresh fruit.

Snack: 1 yogurt.

Average afternoon: 1 egg.

Dinner: 1 cup of broth light with a teaspoon of yeast. 1 serving of chicken breast grilled with cheese au gratin. 1 portion of light gelatin.

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 glass of peach smoothie and skim milk. 1 scrambled egg.

Mid-morning: carrot and celery sticks.

Lunch: 1 cup light broth with a teaspoon of flaxseed. Panache of vegetables. 1 fruit.

Snack: nonfat yogurt.

Average afternoon: 1 egg.

Dinner: 1 cup of broth light with a teaspoon of yeast. 1 serving of non-fat red meat grilled with a salad of artichokes. 1 portion of light gelatin.
Day 4Breakfast: 1 cup light yogurt.

Mid Morning: 1 egg.

Lunch: 1 cup of broth light. 1 serving of grilled chicken without skin. 1 skimmed yogurt.

Snack: 1 cup of coffee.

Average afternoon: 1 serving of low-fat cheese.

Dinner: 1 cup of broth light with a teaspoon of yeast. 1 serving of meat au gratin with cheese without fat. 1 portion of light gelatin.
Day 5Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk 1 tablespoon unsweetened cereals. 1 orange.

Mid Morning: 1 egg.

Lunch: 1 cup light broth with a teaspoon of flaxseed. Stuffed squash. 1 fruit.

Snack: 1 yogurt light.

Average afternoon: 1 handful unsalted nuts.

Dinner: 1 cup of broth light with a teaspoon of yeast. A serving of grilled fish with mashed pumpkin. 1 portion of gelatin light .
